This Col Fondo styled sparkling wine was made from hand harvested Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, gently pressed and fermented to make a dry base wine. After settling in the cellar through the cool Winter months, we set the wine into bottle to pick up some spritz in the Spring. Designed to be enjoyed with its lees, this lightly cloudy frizzante wine is straw yellow with notes of stone fruit, hazelnut, sharp minerality and a soft, creamy mouthfeel. It will continue to evolve and develop complex flavours with bottle aging.
