The inaugural release from Perenelle, a prime vineyard nestled in St David's Bench, with winemaking by Marty Werner.
Pale rose gold in hue, the Perenelle rosé captivates with a nose that delicately balances fragility and expression. Its initial impression evokes a bouquet of white strawberry, followed by unfolding layers of hibiscus, ripe white peach, and invigorating grapefruit. Turkish delight lends an exotic charm, and the essence of pomegranate rounds off the aromatic experience, leaving a lasting impression.
On the palate, this delights with vibrant acidity harmoniously intertwined with sweet fruit notes. Each sip offers a balanced blend of flavours, culminating in a finish where the tartness of rhubarb meets the lingering sweetness of candied raspberry.
