Shipping and Delivery

Please note, all delivery and shipped orders must include a food item. You may select one from the Pantry. If none has been selected, a small snack item will be included with shipped and delivered orders.

Free delivery available in Niagara Region and the Western Golden Horseshoe.

Free Ontario-wide shipping on all orders over $150. Applied automatically at checkout.

We endeavour to deliver in Niagara within two business days and keep you updated if we can't make this target. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Free local delivery is available on orders over $30 in St. Catharines and Thorold, otherwise a $5 charge will apply.

For Niagara-on-the-Lake and Lincoln, free delivery is available on all orders over $50, with $5 delivery available on orders under $50.

For all other areas in Niagara Region, free delivery is available over $75, otherwise a $10 charge will apply.

Western Golden Horseshoe and City of Toronto:
Free delivery is available on all orders over $100 to Hamilton (below the Mountain), Southern Halton and Peel, and the City of Toronto (M postal codes).

We will make the delivery on our biweekly supply runs to Toronto, and endeavour to deliver in under two weeks, but cannot guarantee timelines. Please select shipping if time is of the essence.
