A fun, deep purple sparkler made from 100% Baco Noir grapes which were lightly pressed after 10 days of maceration. It was then left to wild ferment in stainless steel tanks until ready to be bottled and naturally carbonated at the end of the fermentation for approximately 2 months
This wine has a dense purple colour, with a light and effervescent body with notes of tart cherries and fresh blackcurrant
