From Prince Edward County comes Haberdasher Vermouth, a unique and flavourful wine made by infusing over 20 herbs and flowers grown on the farm, picked fresh and steeped in the wine like a tea for a period of days to months depending on the flavour profile and intensity desired. Each lot is kept separate until the master blend is completed. Dominated by wormwood, hyssop, mint, and rose notes, this vermouth is slightly sweet and has an alcohol of 18.5%. This wine is aged in stainless steel for 8 months and bottled unfined and unfiltered. It is a light and easy-drinking wine. Fresh red fruits with great acidity.
