Fresh and bright, from the classic Chardonnay grape variety grown on the Stonebridge estate and harvested mid-September 2021 after and excellent season for stylish sparkling wine. To add complexity, depth and roundness to the palate, 15% of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels. Crisp and naturally well-balanced acidity brings the wine an irresistible freshness and vitality!
