Green apple, ripe lemon, orange blossom, and hazelnut notes, finished with an energetic acidity for a zesty finish.
This tiny-batch Chardonnay is made from estate-grown fruit from the vineyard's oldest block. 80% of the juice is barrel fermented and 20% steel fermented before being blended and bottled. Using indigenous yeasts, a long, slow fermentation lasted until July 2020, with partial natural malolactic fermentation occurring.
