Pale lemon colour. Aromas of apple, lime, beeswax and honeysuckle. The palate continues with granny-smith, pear, jasmine and a saline, mineral finish. Medium-minus in body with high and refreshing acidity, the wine shows a textured mid-palate and very good intensity and concentration through the finish.
