The flavour profile definitely reflects the extra time in the sun with a symphony of fruit flavours that seems to reflect everything that’s great about Niagara Chardonnay – notes of apple, and peach. But there are also whispers of tropical with pineapple, and mango. The finish is long with hints of spice.
