Too Much Heaven is a 100% single parcel Cabernet Franc from the Willms Vineyard in Four Mile Creek. A dry September in 2023 allowed for extended ripening of the fruit, which resulted in notes of rich, juicy morello cherry, haskap berry, green peppercorn, and violet, melding into firm, plump tannins.
Destemmed fruit underwent a four week maceration in closed top stainless steel vessels, followed by twelve months in neutral French oak casks. Unfined, unfiltered, and naturally fermented.
