This bottle includes Cline Russet (named after University of Guelph pomologist John Cline), Johnson Russet, Golden Russet, Salish, Crimson Crisp and Enterprise apples.
We pressed them together and let them age in bottle for a full year before release.
What's it like? Delicate and dainty, this blend smells like white peach candy and nectarine leaves.
There's a floral sweetness to it that's tougher to put our fingers on, but it's somewhere between a Cavendish banana peel and the crushed sugar dust of a forgotten sweet.
