Overnight skin-contact gives this Pinot Grigio a lovely salmon hue and adds weight and complexity. A pretty nose of peach, pear, strawberry sorbet, apple blossom lead to a lovely soft vanilla undertone. More pear, apple, apricot, and stone-fruits lead the charge on the palate, whilst a light mineral, salty layer leads to a surprisingly layered, mouth filling, rich texture balanced by excellent freshness and acidity.
