This single-vineyard, 100% unoaked Chardonnay was crafted using partial malolactic fermentation. It has a lovely saline nose with flint, apple, creamy notes, along with fresh pear and citrus. A generous and clean palate with stony minerality, yellow apples, ripe pear, lemon zest, and a long, finessed finish. Pairs exceptionally well with lobster, oysters, clams, prawns, mussels, crab, scallops, and crawfish.
