An appealing, aromatic white blend produced from grapes in Black Bank Hill's vineyard, hand-picked and estate bottled. The wines were fermented fully dry and aged separately for eighteen months, partially on neutral French oak, prior to blending and bottling in the spring of 2023.
Lemon curd, nectarine, honeysuckle, orange liqueur, hay, caraway seed. A subtle oak component adds roundness, depth and the warming influence of baking spices on the palate.
