Cabernet Franc (38%), and Gamay (27%), Pinot Noir (12%), Cabernet Sauvignon (12%), and Syrah (11%).
Both direct press and saignée (bleeding) methods were used to make this rosé; this was done to provide selected juice extraction leading to expressive aromas, colour, fruit character with a textured balanced palate.
