The Bella Terra Red, a blend of Cab Franc, Cab Sauv, and Merlot, spent 18 months ageing in French oak barrels. It is a medium-bodied wine that draws you in with a smooth and velvety palate, loaded with ripe red fruit characteristics, roasted plums and molasses on the mid-palate. The round tannins and balanced acidity lead to a long finish with more red fruit and a slight menthol note.
