'Stacked' is Rotburger, a crisp cool-climate red, aged in clay amphorae in the Solera method; when a barrel is emptied, a portion is reserved to be refilled with the following vintage. So this wine includes liquid from five vintages - 2019-2023.
Bone-dry, texturally rich but with a lightness and freshness on the palate. Super cool wine in a 1L bottle.
