A 2021 international gold medal winner at the prestigious London Wine Competition.
Soft and balanced, raspberries and refreshing mint note lead into bright red-berry flavours with firm tannin and a savoury spicy oak note. This is classic Niagara pinot, even though the winemaking itself took place at the up-and-coming Windrush Estate in the Hockley Valley far to the north.
This wine will pair beautifully with lamb or beef sliders. The winemaker also likes to pair this with cinnamon doughnuts!
