Made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown in the south of the Okanagan Valley, this wine is aged in a mix of French, Hungarian and American oak barrels for 12 months. Expect a complex array of toasted spices along with tons of ripe red fruit and a sprinkling of black pepper. Pour with roast meats and root veggies.
