The grapes for this small batch wine come from Four Mile Creek Shores VQA sub-appellation, where rich sedimentary soils bring great depth to the fruit.
The long growing season challenged and extended hang-time while improving maturity profile in the grapes. Hand harvested and hand sorted, then wild-fermented, this elegant red shows a diverse range of aromas and flavours ranging from herbal to red fruits, to cedar and dry leaves.
