The grapes for this small batch wine were harvested from two super-premium vineyards in Niagara during the incredible 2020 vintage.
Fermented in micro-cuvées by wild yeast with manual punch-downs, then aged in French oak barrels for 22 months.
The hot and dry growing season provided tremendous concentration and complexity, resulting is a well balanced wine of excellent structure, richness and body.
