Nebulous, Rosewood's fun Pinot Noir pét-nat, returns. Cute for pétillant naturel, this naturally sparkling wine is fermented without selected yeast, fining agents, or added sulphur. Nebulous was bottled before the end of alcoholic fermentation with its lees to capture the natural ferment pressure in bottle. A lightly sparkling and slightly hazy pink iridescent cloud known as Nebulous is the result.
