Revel 'Mesa'

Mesa is Revel's take on Basque 'sidra natural' cider. It's bottled still and comes with a specially-designed cork to facilitate pouring from a height in the traditional way.

Mesa was aged in limestone amphorae on the skins of three types of crabapple; Wickson, Dolgo, and an unknown varietal of wild apple foraged in Guelph.

This cider is driven by a unique minerality, with the limestone character coming through like a cool-climate white wine. 

Wild fermented, vegan, gluten free, and bone dry with 0 residual sugar.
