Cosmos is a blend of Northern Spy cider (66%) and skin contact Gewürztraminer wine (34%). Apple varietals are just as layered as grapes, and Northern Spy shares a common florality with Gewürztraminer.
Soft floral aromas of elderflower and chamomile lead into notes of petrichor; that lovely smell of rain evaporating. Complex florality continues with dandelion and warm honeycomb to taste.
