We live for uncovering new winemakers, especially those focused on varietals we grow extremely well in Ontario. This début release from independent virtual winery Ours & Yours was sourced from and bottled at Riverview Cellars.
Textbook green apple, mineral, and citrus notes are complemented by a hint of soft peach. The palate is crisp and moreish, like the best Rieslings, with more minerality and lots of citrus.
