This is Ogham's foray into the growing circle of 'acerum' producers, defining a new Canadian signature spirit imbued with the same purity and quality of maple syrup.
Ogham Craft Spirits collected 1,500L of 100% Lanark County sap from Ennis Maple in Balderson, Ont. which was then fermented and distilled in Ogham's pot still in Kanata. There are no added flavours or sugar.
Aroma: abundant dulce de leche
Palate: delicate maple sap and white pepper
