Mt. Boucherie Estate takes its name from the extinct volcano that helped shape the Okanagan Valley some 40 million years ago. This Merlot is sourced from prime sites in the warm South Okanagan and the Similkameen Valley and offers up generous ripe dark and red fruit, with spice, tobacco, and forest tones. Pair with grilled asparagus or barbecued pork kebabs.
