Saignéed into neutral French oak after 4 hours of skin contact, and aged for 8 months after undergoing full malolactic fermentation. This wine saw no fining, filtration, or additional sulphur during the winemaking process.
Mellow on the nose with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cream, and spice. Rich, textured, and layered on the palate with creaminess, mellow acidity, and a long, rich finish.
