100% whole cluster Cabernet Franc with 68 days of maceration followed by 12 months of aging in neutral French oak. This wine saw no fining, filtration, or additional sulphur during the winemaking process.
Bright and aromatic with blueberry jam, cherry cola, nutmeg, and a hint of cracked pepper. Dense yet silky tannin on a well-rounded, structured palate with flavours of bramble, black cherry, and spice.
