Tinned peaches in syrup, floral tones, honey,and fresh pie dough on the nose. The mouth is round yet fresh with peach skins and nutty tones appearing on the palate. Nice acidity cleanses and leads to a layered finish.
Whole cluster pressed then 100% barrel fermented. Less than 10% new oak, the rest in seasoned French oak barrels.
