We're excited to share this white blend from Nova Scotia! Tidal Bay is the province's signature appellation. To be called Tidal Bay, these wines must be made from specific grape varieties, include 100% Nova Scotia grown grapes, follow a strict set of standards, and be approved every year by an independent blind tasting panel.
Benjamin Bridge has established itself as one of the leaders in Nova Scotia's booming cool climate wine region. This off-dry white is a blend of l'Acadie, Ortega, Riesling, Seyval, and Vidal. It has lively acidity, lime zest, grapefruit, green apple, and a touch of honey. The finish is bright and has Tidal Bay's trademark salinity, redolent of its origins along the coast of the Bay of Fundy.
Perfect - and appropriate - with just about any seafood dish. Also nice with Pad Thai.
