Creamy vanilla notes of citrus and NOTL white peaches. Silky-rich, even a bit exotic. Dead-dry with a spicy but savoury minerality that's tight but not stony. One might even call this a NOTL Chardonnay for lovers of Bench wines! (The Willms, Bator and Bai Xu parcels make up this complex blend.) It will likely be at its best from 2023-2025.
