Grapes for this rosé were harvested from the heritage Lailey vineyard from old vines, and juices extracted using the Saignée method. 53% of the blend is made from Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, with 10% Malbec and 5% Zweigelt making up the rest.
Barrel fermented and aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.
